THYRSE is a floral stylist. After seven years at Saint Laurent, where she specialized in designing all the embroideries and laces for the collections, Domitille Basso (Thyrse) chose to express her art in a different form.
In early 2021, she founded Thyrse, a floral studio. Thyrse reinvents floral art by crafting unique botanical scenographies for the fashion, art and design worlds. Her experimental approach challenges conventional ideas of structure and balance in the realms of artistic creation and botanical staging. Her tailor-made natural compositions shed light on the profound connections between how we perceive, represent, and understand the fundamental principles of life.
